Focus Areas
Focus Areas
Critical infrastructure problems the country cannot afford to get wrong.
Technologies that serve both commercial markets and national security imperatives
We specialize in ventures where private sector innovation meets government-scale deployment.
Partnerships that bring important technologies to market
We collaborate with technical teams, industry leaders, and mission-aligned investors to advance technologies that strengthen America’s industrial and national capability. Our ventures are built to work across commercial and government markets, integrating smoothly into existing programs, supply chains, and operational environments.
Our Methodology
A practical, collaborative approach to building early-stage ventures.
Understanding the Technology & Mission Fit
We begin by working with founders to understand the technical foundation of the venture and how it aligns with real-world mission needs across commercial and government markets.
Early Pathways & Use Cases
Together, we identify the first practical use cases, early adopters, and environments where the technology can demonstrate meaningful value.
Strategic Direction
We help shape a clear direction for product development, partnerships, and market access so founders can move forward with focus and confidence.
Early Validation
We work with founders to validate key technical and market assumptions and secure early signals of interest from commercial and government partners.
Funding Readiness
We support founders as they prepare for early funding pathways, shaping the narrative, milestones, and alignment needed for investment and non-dilutive opportunities.
Building Momentum
As the venture progresses, we help reinforce the structures, relationships, and decision frameworks that support steady execution and long-term traction.
